We want you and your young golfer to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Made-to-Order Items: As each item is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind. Please double-check sizing before placing your order.

Return Process:

• Contact Us: Email our customer service team at jamesapparel05@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
• Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Made to Order:

Each Junior Golf Shirt is made to order, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Please allow approximately 14 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be added on top of the product price. We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs, ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Time:

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Washing: Machine wash in cold water with like colors. Use a gentle cycle to protect the fabric's texture and color. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.

Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Avoid high heat, as it can damage the fabric.

Ironing: If needed, iron on a low setting. It’s best to iron the garment inside out to protect the print and fabric texture. Avoid using steam to maintain the fabric’s structure.
